March 10th-19th marks the 2023 edition of British Science Week. For ten days, people of all ages will be taking part in engaging events and activities coordinated by the British Science Association to celebrate science, technology, engineering and math. Earlier this year, 2Simple commissioned an independent research review to identify the extent to which Purple Mash supports the aims and requirements of the National Curriculum for Computing, and how it delivers on our aim to provide excellent, accessible and inspiring software which encourages children to love learning, raises standards and reduces teacher workload. Within Purple Mash, there is a dedicated area for Digital Leaders, pupils who have a passion for Computing and can gain leadership skills and develop their computing skills while having fun. It was fabulous to hear from Mrs. Harris, who shared the impact that the Digital Leaders have at Castleview Primary School.

Roald Dahl is one of the world's most celebrated authors for children, thanks to his imaginative, engaging stories. His birthday is on 13th September and to mark the occasion there are a wide range of activities within Purple Mash that primary school children are bound to enjoy.
