The PE Leader's toolkit aims to save you precious time and ultimately help you establish excellence with Physical Education within your school. Whether you're new to the role or an experienced subject lead, there's something in this sample toolkit for everyone.

Included within this sample pack you'll find:

• Action Plan in PE – The Action Plan provides teachers with a structured framework to review and improve their school’s PE provision. It helps teachers identify areas for development, set clear goals and plan practical actions to enhance PE lessons, pupil engagement and overall physical education across the school.
• Policy Guidance - An example policy that can easily be adapted to suit a school’s requirements.
• Tips for PE - A quick-start set of tips that are designed to be kept in the Physical Education Leader’s file.
• Class Teacher Survey - This is intended for all staff. Some contents within it may need to be left out, depending on the responder’s role.
