Who we are
We are a small friendly company specialising in creating powerful and easy to use software for primary school children, with offices in Central London, South Africa & Australia.
Our team includes a range of individuals who have worked in all sorts of roles in schools, such as head teachers, teachers, bursars and teaching assistants. We pride ourselves on making learning fun for children, making teachers’ lives easier and offering really great customer service.
Available Roles
Customer Account Manager
Successful applicants will be friendly, self-motivated and organised. They will maintain high standards in customer service and work well within a small team, supporting their teammates when needed. Our Account Managers have a good telephone manner and competent IT skills; able to work through assigned task lists in a timely manner. Account Management for schools tends to be seasonal, so its important to be able to adapt to changing workload and pressure.
