It offers an integrated suite of tools designed to streamline the processes of self-evaluation, development planning, and policy management - saving schools time while improving outcomes.
The Coach module guides school leaders through the process of self-evaluation, helping them identify strengths and areas for improvement. By aligning directly with the Education Inspection Framework (EIF), it allows schools to evaluate their performance systematically and confidently. This structured approach ensures no key area is overlooked, and leaders can build a thorough understanding of their school’s current position.
Once self-evaluation is complete, the Hub feature automatically converts those findings into actionable improvement plans. The Hub offers pre-populated, editable templates that ensure clarity and accountability and leaders can monitor how well initiatives are progressing and address challenges in real-time.
Policy management is an essential but often cumbersome part of school leadership. The Policy Portal simplifies this by allowing schools to securely upload, organize, and manage their policies in one place. Automated alerts ensure policies are reviewed and updated on time and linking them to improvement plans helps create consistency across strategic objectives.
