We’re thrilled to announce the return of #EduFootyAid – our charity football matches that unite the education community in support of incredible causes. Whether you're lacing up your boots or cheering from the sidelines, this is your chance to be part of something truly special with a movement that combines teacher hobbies, fitness, fun and fundraising for mental health and neurodiversity support.
EduFootyAid is a teacher football event organised by 2Simple - it's about more than just the beautiful game – it’s about bringing together teachers, school staff, and education professionals in an inclusive, friendly space for a shared purpose: to raise awareness and vital funds for young people’s mental health and neurodiversity support.
This year, we’re supporting two fantastic organisations:
The 2025 EduFootyAid season launches with a headline match:
📅 Friday 5th September 2025
📍 Alleyn’s School, London
🕓 Kick-off: 4:30 pm
Whether you're playing or watching, this fixture will be an amazing opportunity to connect with like-minded educators and show your support for causes that matter.
And that’s just the beginning...
The Alleyn’s School match is the launchpad for a series of EduFootyAid matches across the country throughout the 2025/26 academic year. We’re inviting schools, MATs, and education organisations to host their own fixtures and be part of a growing national movement, bringing together teachers, TAs and school support staff to raise money for charity.
To help make that easy, we will be providing a free promotional pack, with everything you need to host your own match, so you can bring EduFootyAid to your school, your community, and your pitch.
You can sign up as a player or just a supporter: EduFootyAid @ Alleyn’s School – Book on Eventbrite
Turn up and show support for your team - you can even bring your colleagues!
Soon, you'll be able to let us know if you'd like to host your own charity football match for the education community and be part of the nationwide campaign.
Together, we can make a real difference — one game at a time.
