Our Games Design competition is back! The 2026 Purple Mash Games Design Competition will give children the opportunity to showcase their creativity and skills in teams of 6 to create a game with the theme of Planet Protectors.

Each month we will be highlighting a #MashoftheMonth, focusing on a tool or application within Purple Mash and how it can be used within the classroom to support learning across the curriculum. This month it's 2Paint a Picture.

It’s never too early to start spreading the festive cheer, and that's why we're thrilled to announce that our annual Purple Mash Festive Card Competition is opening soon. It's time to put on your creative Santa hat and join the fun! Design a festive card about what the festive season means to you using 2Paint a Picture and you could win a R300 voucher from Takealot.

This month's Mash of the Month is 2Graph, Purple Mash's graph and chart tool. 2Graph gives children the opportunity to easily create a range of graphs. It's packed full of new functionality that lets children visualise and present data in a variety of colourful and exciting ways.
